Vintage Signed Takashi Matsutani Japanese Sensual Etching Entitled “La Propagation”

This amazing signed etching is by the Japanese artist Takashi Matsutani who was born in Osaka, Japan. He is now based in Paris at the age of 73 and has been known worldwide. He was recognized in Art in America May 2010 and had a show at MOMA in NYC. He was from the school of the Gutai movement in Japan that reiterated, don’t copy anyone”…be original His early work such as this one above is widely collected because it is his earlier work. This was done in 1967 and is numbered 8/60. This is an black and white etching extremely detailed of propagation. Very sensual and eliciting sexual innuendoes. It has been newly framed in a simple black wood square frame with matting.
