A postmodern design from Ikea from the 1980s. The foot forms a cylinder that closes with a rounded disc at the top and bottom. As a quote of the classic column with the base and capitals. Similarly, the materiality in marble. The simple umbrella hovers by far above the column-shaped foot. The switch is on the socket.
